    Cheers guys I guess ive learned myself the hardway! Im sure ill figure it out, my inkbird, regulator and kegs are all new so if its the inkbird then thats means its garbage! Ill thaw and recarb for a day at the right temp and hope for the best

    Thanks guys i think i messed it up lol last night the pints were pouring pure foam after a week at about 15psi as it was already carbonated!     I currently have 2 corny kegs with beer 2 weeks in my corny kegs. After 2 weeks of fermentation I filled the kegs and bumped it up to 30 psi for a few days and down to 12 psi for the rest of the week and they both produced lovely pints.     Have you ever brewed guinness or a similar style? Im doing biab and im not sure what way to mash my grains before the boil. Does barley have to be soaked before adding with the malts to the bag for the mash?
