    Making smaller beers....what's the point?

perhaps not widely distributed but a commercial example produced by a serious craft brewer in the Mid-Atlantic...and pretty damn tasty: http://www.yardsbrewing.com/ales_brawler.asp

    Seeds of Paradise

I give them (and similar spices like peppercorns) a coarse crush with a mortar and pestle. If you don't have one, you can crush them with the bottom of a beer bottle in a flat bottomed bowl.

Barley Crusher O-ring broke on first use

I'd venture a guess that someone of low moral fiber could make a few bucks selling replacement o-rings for the Barley Crusher :D

    Troegs Nugget Nectar Clone

Could anyone that has brewed a clone and had a chance to compare it to the genuine article comment on the recipes that include crystal and the recipes (plus Troegs site) that omit the crystal?

    Plate chiller for serving?

You've got a cold plate for serving carbonated beer which is different than a plate chiller used for chilling wort. Search for "jocky box" or "cold plate"

How long does a WING CAPPER last?

I still have the same one that came with my starter kit...let's just say that was several years ago at the least. ;)

    Table sugar for priming?

Look on the positive side...you didn't forget the corn sugar, you neglected to spend money you don't need to :)

    Milk Stout with Real Milk

Bilk! http://www.japanprobe.com/2007/01/31/milk-beer-bilk/ ...I'd try mixing some milk with a stout and then report back on how tasty that was :)

    Anybody hear of Chempro SDP?

From a quick google search it appears to be a cleanser, sanitizer and deodorizer in-one that's out of production. Not knowing it's stability properties or how it was stored, I'd pass. A new bottle of sanitizer is cheaper than dumping a bad batch.

    Does anyone make bread?

Every time I make something from that book, the results are spectacular. Highly recommended.

    Yuengling

I'm curious what your definition of "amazing" actually is? anywho... Living in PA, I've drank my native-required share of every one of their beers (with the exception of the draft only bock what was out with in the last year or so). Their line up is exactly what the general consensus of this...

    Do you ever drink BMC?

Jump into the wayback machine and think about what it was like just 10-15 years ago....Prb has a lot to do with many homebrewers traditionally being driven to brewing their own because of the desire for non-BMC style beer and the lack of alternatives that used to be available (and in some areas...

    heyyyy general help

Bottled water? yes, spring water/drinking water generally will work fine though you won't know the mineral profile and might have to brew a batch or two to find out what tweaks you'll want to do with it depending on the beer in question going forward. plaster? no local malt? inquire with your...
