I do this grain bill with different hop schedule and wyeast 1450 and it's awesome.

I like their shape and have several of them. Never noticed any unusual cracking over several uses.

I've purchased their class 3 5 gallon kegs and they work fine. They had one handle cut but one usable. They held pressure fine. I'll snap a quick pic.

Wow, well, IPA'S are hoppy. Not sure about that one in particular but keep an open mind. It could be very bitter or very florally, cutrusy.. I fell in love with craft beer all over again when I had my first ipa, still remember what and where I had i, enjoy :)
