Based on the number of responses on here I would bet you could fill a pallet within a few days by just starting your own buy. You could also just try to organize the the next buy right in this thread. Picking up at the terminal worked out really well so I am not even sure you need a location...

I have seen quite a few SE PA brewers on here. I am near West Chester, PA. I am sure you will be hooked on brewing right after you crack the cap on that first homebrew!

Good point on the homebrew swap, I also think some brews for the forklift driver would help ensure they let us use their lot for the pickup again!

I got my homer buckets in the store and they had plenty of lids. The lids are sold separately for $.99 and the buckets are something like $2.39 each. In my store they have tons of them on every other end cap and near the cleaning supplies. The lids are very tight fitting and have a nice thick...

I bought 3 homer buckets with the nice lids for under $10 today. Even if I only use them to get the grain home it was worth it.

I say put some yellow food coloring into a bottle of water and give him that.

10 28qt containers for $44 seems pretty cheap. Are they air tight type containers or more the general storage type containers?

I have a scale I use for measuring grain, but I have to find it because I haven't used it in a while. I will let you guys know if I can't find it. As for what I am gonna put it in I am thinking I might pick up some homer buckets for the split grain. They are supposed to hold 25lbs of grain so...

+1 on StarSan in a bucket. I use the foam to gage when I am getting close to full. When the foam starts coming out the top you better start paying attention.

+1 for wlp001 haven't kept anything else around though I would like to keep a few more in the future.

I have pitched the whole tube into a batch then added boiled and cooled water back to the white labs vial. The little bit left in the vial will settle to the bottom and can then be used to build up a starter. Though if you only need half the vial in your smaller batch that would probably work...
