Side by side shocker: NOT ENOUGH COFFEE! SWMBO suggests doubling. I'd at least would add 3 oz. OTOH, the base may be a true clone.

Had the side-by-side maybe a couple of weeks ago. Maple and yeast, check. Apple not so much. Mine was blander.

First taste, side by side, real is cleaner, lighter head; Beer Captured is fuller, tanner head, a bit more bitter. Close enough.
