    Drom John North Coast Grand Cru Clone Took about 6 months til it was good, and now, two years later, it's superb. And yes, it tastes like agave. I used Madhava Organic Light Blue Agave.

    Use 'em. Whiskey sits in oak barrels for many years. Then they sell those barrels for beer. And alcohol at those proofs are a great preservative.

    Pitch it. "Beer enhancer" is some combination of dextrose, Maltodextrin, or DME. It presumes a recipe that doesn't have enough "mouth feel." I would trust most recipes to have already compensated for "mouth feel." RDWAHAHB.
