    i would go with Citra at the end. I did one batch like J's and another last year with sweat orange peal and lemon peal with just citra hops. i have to say it was gone faster then it fermented! everyone that had it kept comparing it to something like a bluemoon but with no need to add anything...

    The best thing i have found to use is a water bed heater. not sure where you can purchase them cheaply. Might be able to talk to some local delivery guys at a bed store, but one should do ya. they are 350W and very thin, i have mine attached on the wall of my frim box. works well.....
