Splurged and bought a couple of bottles of Duchesse last night. They only made it one night in the fridge before I drank them tonight.

It was my only extract brew before going to BIAB, and now all grain. It's a Pale Ale that turned out pretty good, although I wish there was more carbonation in it.

I had La Roja for the first time last week, actually my first sour ever. I have one in the brew schedule for next week. Loved it.
