Really? Just tasted my citra bomb DIPA. I dry hopped with 1.15 oz Citra - Dry Hop 12.0 Days 1.00 oz Amarillo Gold Dry Hop 12.0 Days 0.50 oz Citra [12.00 %] - Dry Hop 3.0 Days Also during the boils I hopped with citra an Amarillo... An a few others ;) Came out great!! 6.5 abv.. Nice Aroma...

IMO it will be just fine... Even if the temps where off (not crazy off) it should be fine. Bottle that beer so you can drink it!

first off.. thanks, there is nothing better then sitting down to watch a game an drinking a beer that you made yourself.. from recipe to glass... an ill be honest i DEF. take a sense of pride when i serve my beer to friends an family. There are ALOT of VERY VERY good commercial beers out...
