I have tried that with a hop bag on the end of my auto siphon and I think it created a lot of air bubbles while siphoning. It was the first time i did it and had that many bubbles while racking.

If I cool my wort after boil immediately and leave the pot covered how long can I leave it that way before putting it into my primary and pitching the yeast. I ask because on the batch im making this thurs I may need help straining it when I am ready to pitch but I will be the only one home...

I just ordered recently and they are making the closest possible solution in their kits. They are almost out of cascade though. I talked with AJ at AHB and he said they are revamping their recipes.

I have had the same problem. IN my next batch i will just santize the spoon and gently stir the wort a bit to hopefully better mix the primer.

I use the 32s and they are pretty heafty.
