    you need to rotate one dial clock wise, the other counter clockwise to adjust the driven roller - do that and it works just fine. .. seems folks get confused on how to adjust the roller, the video from Monster Mill isn't very clear.

    Once active fermentation stops around the 2/3 week mark, I allow a slow rise to room temp( nax of 68).and hold For 5 days, then transfer to secondary and tuck it away at 33 F for 3 months..

    How am I supposed to clean glass carboys?

    Soak with PBW and use the flapper on low speed... hot water rinse, I have harnesses that buckle on them,they give support around..if I fill them in use a pump to a manageable weight.
