Because I was in a hurry I had to pitch my yeast, US-05, at around 27 degrees Celcius. Is that too hot? It sits in the garage and the temp in there is around 18-19 degrees. Any idea how it will turn out? Any off flavors?

Does anybody have any Mikkeller IPA recipes? Tried their beer the other day and man it was orgasmic. The bartender said they use alot of simcoe, nelson, amarillo and maybe mosaic. I've never brewed with this hop combo. Does anybody have any recipes for 20L batch?
