    Im enjoying a pint of Belgian golden ale, Only sucks that i didn't stir the priming sugars enough. Two bottlebombs have gone off :P so im trying to save most of them by putting them in the fridge

I added 2 liters of boiling water like the instruction told me. But like i said earlier in my post, I didn't pre-heat the canisters in water...

    so the WLP400 yeast wont drop down to108 ish? and + the remaning LME in by carboy is probably another 1006 in OG...

    hmm i live in Norway so gotta get in online then. since im a student, and my appartment is quite small my biggest pot i can fit in here is 2.6 gallons. if i mash in that one and top up the water in my fermenter, will that be okay?

    Hmm im just using normal beer bottles, Im thinking of using dextrose for carbonating this time. Ive used table sugar before and that went okay.

    okay. since my last kit took 3 weeks to stop bubbeling, anyways...this is a belgian golden ale kit... and my batch is 20l approx 5 gallons... how much sugar would i need to carbonate this?

    Im new to using all grain for brewing. Done allot of beer kits tho! and been brewing my own wine from scratch thant went ok. the grains i want to use are: Pale Malt Pilsner malt "Heidelberg" Vienna Malt i want to try make a pilsner... think i will be using saaz hopps for this one...

    like the titel i wrote in the titel. my beer kit fermentet quite quick i think? its been 5 days and it went from 1040 OG and its now at 1009. Its still fermenting but its not as bubbely. which tells me that its not as exposive anymore. can this create a bad taste to the beer?
