    What sparge temp is preferable with this brew? got the ingridients today and want to try this when im back from a business trip in a few days.. And has anyone tried adding a spoon of servomycsis to the brew?

    Soo a small update. i siphoned some out of both of them around 1000 o'clock. and when i got back home today. 1700. well same problem. so i just cleaned the airlock again, pushed some of the fruits down (sanitized everything ofc) and actually placed one of them in a 5 gal bucked to avoid spillage...

    ok ill try that today then... The yeast is working extremely slow... so im guessing the raisins will help quit allot.
