Pressure fermentation with a floating hydrometer

I've put mine under pressure up to around 20psi with no leakage issues. However, the gravity readings do tend to skew low the higher the pressure builds.

    Duration of fermentation

Keep in mind too, just because you don't see anything happening doesn't mean nothing is happening.

1.087 Milk Stout stuck at 1.035 for 5 days.

I'll second this. A hydrometer often gives me a different reading than a calculator-corrected refractometer reading.

    First Keg Ferment

Slightly different technique for me: I start off with a lower pressure (maybe 7-10) for the first few days, then raise it to hit volumes when I know the yeast is almost done. My idea is that if the yeast don't like the pressure, at least they've already done most of their job.

Keg Fermenter - IPA - when to dry hop before fermentation is complete?

Nope. I also haven't taken the plunge on a floating dip tube yet, nor have I bent my original tube. I do use a bag for dry hops, but other than that everything just works (at least it has for me), as long as you're willing to put up with a few pints of sludge when you first tap the keg.

Keg Fermenter - IPA - when to dry hop before fermentation is complete?

For next time, you might even consider adding the dry hop charge at yeast pitch. I ferment in kegs and have had a lot of success with this. If you transfer to another keg for serving you've got maybe 7-10 days of contact time; I've even served from the same keg and never remove the charge at...

    Missing yeast, what to do?

Ha! Assuming the keg has no leaks... I've left wort in a sealed corny for 3 weeks before when my brew schedule got ahead of my fermentation chamber schedule. No problems. I often top it off with a small charge of co2, similar to what I do before cold crashing a beverage. I don't know whether...

    Missing yeast, what to do?

https://www.homebrewtalk.com/threads/no-chill-brewing.679062/ I always leave my wort in the kettle, lid on, or sealed in a corny keg overnight to cool before pitching a starter the next day. Saves some water, and some time!
