    Holiday ale

    i bottled mine after 2 weeks in primary and this upcoming Sunday will be 2 weeks in the bottle. im going to sample then. I'll have 3 1/2 weeks total bottle conditioning by xmas day and I'm hoping for the best! good luck :mug:

    so i got a late start for my Christmas beer and now i have a decision to make and could use some advice. this upcoming Saturday will be 2 weeks in primary. do i bottle then and have 3 1/2 weeks in bottle till xmas? or wait another week for 3 week primary and then only have 2 1/2 weeks in bottle...
