    Kegging

I'm willing to wager some cash and bet they put the wrong valves on the wrong posts. The gas and liquid side valve posts have slight variances to keep you from putting the wrong line on the wrong side. Or they could be some off-brand junk that weren't made to spec.

Broke my last airlock and had to get creative

Are those still being made? I had seen a really cool one in a thread on here a while back.. would be nice to get rid of the plastic

    Starter to salvage yeast pack.

Not to steal this thread, but I'm curious about how you guys are splitting these and building two starters off one pack. How do you know when each is ready to pitch? Are you just going through the builds a certain number of times, or looking for a specific amount in the mason jars after to know...

Broke my last airlock and had to get creative

Oddly enough, the only one I've had break was a 3 piece. After that snapped on the second use, I tossed the rest and pulled out the old S-types I have and haven't gone back.

Wilser BIAB vs The Brew Bag?

I have the 10.5 Anvil kettle with a Brew Bag that fits the basket and have used that about 5-6 times now. It works well and shows no sign of wear. I had just set that perforated disk on top of the basket as to not cut a hole in it. The bag sucks to clean with grain getting stuck in the webbing...

    Imperial Amber IPA

    Duotight CO2 Regulator Board Ideas/Planning

I've been toying with the idea of going this route for my keezer as well. Cost is the big issue with a 4-way set of Taprite secondaries being close to 200 dang dollars! Another thing I like is the thought of hard pluming the inside of my keezer as well and getting all these tubes out of dangle...

    Tapcooler Counter Pressure Bottle Filler

I do that as well every time I use it. Definitely not something to just rinse off and toss back in the case..

    Tapcooler Counter Pressure Bottle Filler

Mine fits fairly snug up into the spout on my Intertap faucets, but it just sounds like you need some o-rings that are a little fatter. Any hardware store will have those and will be easy to try out. They're not expensive either. Pressure shouldn't be an issue either, I've run mine upwards of...

    Tapcooler Counter Pressure Bottle Filler

I have had one of these since mid-last year and used it several times filling all kinds of different types of bottles. The relief valve was finicky to figure out, and it occasionally sticks like what was mentioned. It definitely works better than filling off the tap directly, and I had some flat...

Questions about the Duotight / EVABarrier system for my keezer

He never updated after his issue, so I was wanting to know. How are yours now with being replaced?

Questions about the Duotight / EVABarrier system for my keezer

did MoreBeer ever get back to you about those secondaries? I do like the price-point of them to run with the rest of my DuoTight setup, but if they are breaking.. that doesn't help anyone.

Double IPA Lawson's Finest Sip of Sunshine Clone

This recipe sounds really good. I haven't seen this beer available in my area so I haven't had it before. I have a question though about the corn sugar added to the boil. Obviously this bumps up the ABV, but would taste suffer at all skipping it?

Looking forward to your review on it.

Did my first AG batch today - unsure if it was successful

Not to hi-jack your thread.. but it's still relevant. Is there any benefit to using a carb stone vs just using the gas post on the keg?
