Mine showed a little activity the next day, but really started going on the second day. It seemed like a slow fermenter. It just calmed down recently. I haven't checked gravity yet.

HB honey wheat ale

making my first cider in many years. Any experience with this yeast?

It was a bit dark and roasty for my taste. I like my Festbiers a little lighter and crisper. That being said, it went great with smoked pork chops and homemade applesauce.
