None on that, however, last night I did make a beer float with this great stout. Have been threatening to do that for quite some time. One scoop of good vanilla will do it. Mock me, I know, but try it. I'm a serious beer guy. Kind of makes me feel strange.

During the resurrection of the popularity of fine cigar smoking, I learned how to roll cigars and marketed a kit for rolling your own. I figured the big boys would think poorly of me, so I embraced the anticipated rejection by naming my business Cabron Industries. Cabron in Spanish is b@st@rd...
Take a plastic soda bottle, drill a hole in the lid and install a tire air stem. Fill bottle with hops, purge with co2 and store in freezer. An air chuck off one of your co2 tanks with a quick change works wonderfully.

In Portland you must stop by Tim's Great Cigars and then the Screen Door for GREAT fried chicken. Terminal Gravity is always on tap. Try to talk Tim into going with you; I promise a memorable evening!
Tell him Pat sent you.
Just tapped my well aged keg 3 days ago. WOW! Definitely a sipper. Great range of flavors. Wish already I had started another. Hah! I did, 6 weeks ago. Six months is a long time to age a brew, but this one is so potent, it might last that long. Thanks again for posting this recipe.

First off, thanks for your service! America's finest. Next, welcome to the world of home-brewing. Our founding fathers also enjoyed this act of independence. Brew on!!!

Brewed mine in February. Another one last month. The first just went into the kegerator. Waiting for it to cool down. Got about 2hours left. Oh, boy!!!
I did a simple IPA with a single hop. Columbus: very good. Yeast was 001. Made three such brews using different hops. Columbus was the most memorable. All late additions.

All you need to do is get the sparge water in without drilling a hole in your grain bed. Keep about 1/2 to 1 inch of water on top. I used some food safe tubing and fittings I found at Lowes.
