    I've made 3 IPAs with mine using all pellets and have not had a clogging problem yet.

    i think Stone uses Chinhook. I know Seirra Nevada anervirsry ale uses Cascade. I just made an IPA with Summit for bittering, Cascade for the rest of the boil and Amerillo for the dry hopping/drinking it right now and its pretty damn good:mug:

    Just crush your own. I get kits from midwest all the time and always hit the high end of OG but i've always crushed my own. :mug:

    Michelob Pale Ale is a easy bottle, but its a whole lot quicker to Keg and not really that expensive to get started.

    What psi do I need to force carbonate at?

    Converting Coleman Xtreme 70qt to MLT

    I made a mash tun with the same cooler. I bought a toilet supply line for the mesh for the "false bottom" and the hose in the middle fit perfect threw the valve hole. just added a disconnect to the end of the that hose. Its never leaked.
