Yes, you are correct. That was a spelling error. Apache2 has no problems running (when spelled correctly). It's really php5 that is causing the grief.

I'd agree with your take on GW pils, as i've found with most US pils malt. You just don't get the smoothness as you do with European continental malts. I'm going to use Weyermann or Castle in this brew, and really treat the water to get the PH down. It's for Big Brew day on saturday. Should...
