    Bottle it. The air your seeing is more than likely just CO2 coming out of the beer. If your final gravity is good then go to town.

    I always read my horoscope first, and then check the phases of the moon to be sure I'm fermenting... Besides that, I check with a hydrometer about 7 days after pitching if I forget the above steps... :D But mostly I just let it do it's thing for ~3 weeks in primary before even checking with...

    Fermentation chamber

    I store my fermenters on my dining room floor. No special chambers needed. The house heater keeps the room @ 65-68F constant and the beer pretty much stays at a constant 66F. Unless the weather is hot, and you need to cool it, then no chamber should be needed.

    New to brewing, Problem with stove or brew pot

    I boil 2.5 gallons in an enamel coated pot on a non-glass electric stove. It takes nearly 45 minutes to get it to a rolling boil, but it gets there eventually. Using aluminum, it may never boil... My next plan is a propane with a stainless pot.

    Super Cheap 3/8" copper tubing!!!
