    Blow a ton of money, buy all the grain and fermenters you can stand, brew all the beers you want, then drink your self into oblivion. That's my opinion

    Everywhere i have checked thier out of stock on the 1764. I just did a wash with some honey orange wheat beer my cousin drank. I had four bombers to wash and it made a huge stater.

    I live in Mississippi and trust me it gets HOT. I can only rely on ambient temps, sometimes 75 sometimes 85, although i agree with duboman on getting a handle on your yeast, dont worry to much on a 68 to 70 fermentation I get great results as long as I dont use california common yeast or lager...

    New to the site and got a question

    I like the Haus pale ale, and the oatmeal stout i assume bitter with the coloumbus and finish with the fuggle, my house oatmeal stout only has one hop addition. I have just been told we are getting 10 gallons of free wort, not enough people signed up, i might make both!!! Thanks for the input

    So have been lurking on HBT for 5 years and for whatever reason never joined, well now i need some help!! There is a brew pub here in memphis that is hosting a national homebrew day this weekend. They are giving away free wort but you have to cook it on site, suppling the yeast as well awesome...
