Ok I'm doing mr beer kegs...I just did a sorta lawn mower beer..3 lbs light dme a couple hop additions 3 weeks in keg, I bottle on 4/8 it's now 5/21 still really green twangy flavor..it just seems every time I do a lighter beer same results twangy taste little carb no head retention and that...

It was a bad brew day..boil over then the dme wasn't mixing up..so I just broke the clumps up what I could..but when pouring..bloop bloop..chunks falling in...watch this be one of my better brews..

I was pouring the wort in the mr beer keg and there were a decent amount of clumps that I missed..will they ferment out?

Bound to happen I looked away for a sec. and she rose fast...just doing 2.5 gal...I still got around 1.050 on Amber ipa..

My first pour of my black ipa...4lbs light dme, grains, hallateur, cascade, willamette..2.5 gallon..mb..4-4-2..still young but awesome!!!

Island Brewing has giving me recipes specific for the mb kegs..they have been awesome...guys just started a homebrew store..at a fraction of the price.

New to the forum..I brew with mr beer kegs currently 2...I'm on there forums, seems a ton of members here...the 2 gallons kegs I moved on the using some grain and dme..mb recipes are pricey...
