    Hi I am brewing a Irish red ale recipe that calls for roasted barley 300L, and I can only get roasted barley 500-600L here in juneau alaska. What should I do?

    Hi if i was going to make a yeast starter and pitch one smack pack instead of having to pitch two smack packs. for instance i have a londan ale smack pack, to make an appropriate starter to go with that what yeast do i use to pitch into the starter? Do i pitch my smack pack into the starter...

    I just brewed up a wit beer and forgot to add my oats to the mash. The beer has been in the fermenter for 2 days. Can I steep the oats and add it to the beer when it is out of the fermenter, and ready to be kegged?

    I brewed up a witbrew, one of jamil's recipes in his brewing classic styles book. The beer is already in the fermenter and I just realized I never added the oats to the mash. Can I steep them and add them to the beer after its done fermenting?
