Arggh, yes I meant 3787 (I knew typing that out on my iPhone was playing fast and loose!) Corrected btw.

I've been using 3787 as my goto for Saison, Belgian Pale and Dubbel and it works well by varying ferm temps for each respective beer. Is there another strain you guys like that has this sort of versatility?

Yup, like BRob said 30% Victory is not something you see a lot of. But hey, I tip my cap to you for givin' it a shot and starting this thread for sure!

For another perspective, I've been using Gambrinus Pilsner malt in my lagers and it is excellent. Not sure I'll go back to Best Malz.

I'd be curious to know how close this is (3lbs of Victory? Really?) I had it as C'est What last time I was in T.O. and loved it!

Cluster gets a bad rap and for the life of me I can't explain it. It's a really nice hop for lagers - spicy, and fairly similar to Saaz IMO. It CAN be used for flavor and it works well.
