    3 piece ball valve parts

It would be nice to find 1/2 of a 3 piece ball valve that was a triclover fitting. My 3 pieces of a triclover on one end and a threaded female NPT on the other. I need a 3 piece with both sides being triclover and would like to find just that one side

    Wort Aeration

What I do or did, is transfer the cooled wort to a bucket first, then pour it into my fermenter through a funnel that had a mesh screen in it. Aerated like a mofo Or at the very least it looked like it was aerated. And filtered left over trub that whirlpool didn't get

    Prevent oxygen during cold crash

So, if an empty, sanitized keg is connected to the blowoff tube, all the o2 will be purged from it over the course of fermentation? Including the first o2 purged from the fermenter? I'm thinking of doing this next batch, and have a t fitting to a mylar balloon to use for cold crashing. Then do...

    Prevent oxygen during cold crash

I've been doing these transfers for a long time. Do you feel it is necessary to fill the kegs with solution first? Or purge with a few bursts of CO2, vent, and CO2 again? I do the latter but I am curious now

    Small fermenter for sours

My aversion to plastic is about sanitation and contamination. Especially that little spigot!

    Small fermenter for sours

Something 3g max. I would like to avoid glass and carboys unless they have a large mouth to make cleaning easier. Also would like a conical to drop yeast and use it as a secondary. Anything coming out of China? I see SS gas a small conical but pricey. And plastic is out. Kettle sours are ok...

    wort chillers

I use 2 10 plate PCs and a pump. Works excellent at quick cooling. One pumps tap water and the second one ice water. Cleaning is simple as i use the pump to pump cleaning solution and then fresh water almost immediately after the wort goes into the fermenter. Forward and backward flush. Then a...

Hey Spunders, did your beer quality go up after you discoverd spunding?

Reading up more, I like being able to ensure pressure is set at what I want when carbing naturally after being kegged. Set the valve and let it carb up. Tap, chill, go! Might have to build a sounding valve. As it stands now, I use charts and such but its not always accurate. And i never force carb

Hey Spunders, did your beer quality go up after you discoverd spunding?

Are a lot of people force carbing? I always natural carb with a sugar of some sort. Id dint realize force carbing was so prevalent. Seemed silly to me when waiting a couple of weeks and you have carbonation
