Maybe a bit of maple syrup i have in the fridge left over, about 1/4 cup is left

Re-pitching about 400ml of Kveik slurry into a 2L starter, pitching whole starter (decanted)

Bottle and age until its cold outside

I feel like I am venturing into something I shouldn't

I can't speak to the grain bill because over not had the great luck with making stouts. But I'd skip the maple syrup if that is all you have.

I made a maple brown recently with 1.5lb of maple sugar (essentially concentrated maple syrup) in 3.5g and it's still a subtle note in the beer. I don't think you'd notice that 1/4 cup in the slightest in a stout. Save it for pancakes on brew day :)
