What is long term for you? Also tonight I tried two meads I was making and one was amazing (in a glass carboy) while the other was ehhh (in a plastic bucket). This got me wondering if carboys were better than buckets.
This post is probably dead but I made a 1 gallon batch using about 1 cup of acai juice blend and brewing about three cups acai tea and mixed starthristle and bamboo honeys together. Just tried some today all I can say is I wish I made more.
So I've been making mead for a few years now and that's all I've made and was wondering how much different it would be to make a brag got. Any advice would be appreciated.
has anyone made a deep freezer setup before? if so is it worth it or would i be better off just using a mini fridge?
the only reason i was thinking about using a deep freezer was some times i like brewing 2 batches that overlap.
So I've always wanted to make sake but don't know how to come across starting. Does anyone have a recipe that they like? Also instructions on how to make it would be appreciated. Thank you in advance
So I'm planning on bottling this for the first time and wanted it to be carbonated. I was wondering if anyone knows if I were to mess up how long do I have if it were to turn into a glass grenade before it goes boom?
