+1 on the water heater braid! I had a manifold that kept getting stuck, I switched to the water heater braid and all is good.

Your gonna get a bunch of answers, but, for me, anything over 100 IBU is getting borderline to much.

Small hole burned through.

Just cleaning up after my brew-day today and realized one of my hop bags got trapped under my wort chiller and got burned in the kettle. Do you guys think this will have any bad effects?

I just got finished with this same brew. Everything went well just a few points off, should be 1.051, I ended up at 1.056. This is a great beer, my second batch of it.

I'm going to use nottingham on my next batch, I have never used this dry yeast before. Do you guys rehydrate, or just pitch in dry? I'm going to do Ed Worts APA if this make a difference.

Yes, I was talking about the air intake, I adjusted it until I got blue....what is a needle valve? I just used everything that came with the regulator kit. There was an extra brass piece nb sent me. Is this what you call a needle valve?
