    What Yeast to use WLP001 or Wyeast 1056??

    I've tried really hard to discern the differences (side-by-side batches, etc.), and my only conclusion is that my palate isn't good enough to tell, or that they really are all the same. Now I just use US-05 because it's way more convenient.

    This is a great deal! Looks like a 20 lb tank for sure. Instead of worrying about hydro testing (I believe the test is good for 5 years), just exchange the tank instead of having it refilled.
