Since I got a question about it, i'll post here. To use the import feature, just export your recipe, or multiple recipes to the BeerXML format from your software, then go the add page of BrewItAgain (you must be logged in), and select import on the right. Its really simple!

BrewItAgain is a social brewing recipe website. Users can comment and rate recipes, so the best recipes always rise to the top. On BrewItAgain, you can now import recipes from BeerXML (BeerSmith & Promash). Lets put our favorite recipes up so we can get a great recipe database going!

A quick update about the site. I put in a nice little filter feature. When you are viewing a category. You can now filter by things like: Recipe type (all grain, extract, partial), OG, FG, and recipe rating. Next up on the todo list is the much anticipated beerXML import.
