The only thing I cna think of thats worse then a pimple in my ear is one in my nose....I seem to be prone to them as I get one about ever 4-6 months.... THEY are hell... And hows your lunch everyone!

I have a question about using honey for fermentable sugar, what are the chances of botchulism?? It there any way to prevent it? My SWMBO was warning me baout htis last night, is there still a chance of it occuring even in pasterized honey?

Hahahaha I've got 2 going right now!!! Well the "smell" is about done, which is really cool. It lasted about 4 days, still a little lingering, but not as bad as the first day. I can't wait to try this!:D
