It will either heat or cool. Not both at same time. You can have a keezer plugged in set to cool and heat belt set to warm. Ale ferm or lager. Only one temp setting. Works awesome. I use one as well. You can dial in your temps really well

You can change the name on the ticket easily by calling AHA before NHC. I called them before I bought a extra for a buddy that might not be able to go. Don't worry. There not that strict they just needed a head count

I was thinking a tea bag or whole leaf tea. I really wanted it to stand on its own and not just have a typical dry hop aroma. Unless there is a hop variety that might lend itself to this. Maybe juniper berries? I dont know Im open to any sugestions. Thanks

I dont bottle. I keg so I didnt want to do it to early. Bright Spot thats what I was hoping but I thought maybe I could speed it up by speeding up the yeasties. You dont think its neccesary? I figured three weeks was plenty as thats how i do all my beers. I didnt check fg. I got lazy.
