Roofer took over my side yard

So talk to the neighbor. I wouldnt talk directly to the contractor. You didnt hire them and dont know them. The homeowner will talk to the contractor. $200 sucks for the contractor to lay out but he did damage the plants and its not a ton of money. Theres a chance the neighbor wont even talk to...

Roofer took over my side yard

This is so ridiculous I'm literally shaking my head. I could see if the roofing fell in your pool and ripped your liner or crushed your patio furniture but your filing a report on your neighbor over an F'in plant....I cant begin to tell you how sad that is....AND the company tried there best to...

Roofer took over my side yard

Pretty sure houses have 2 sides and only one is on the driveway side....I wonder how the OP would feel about the company driving a scissor dump truck across his lawn for the the other side of the roof on the property line so 3 garbage cans of roofing dont land on his protected yard You will...

Roofer took over my side yard

oh....and if you do bitch and make a scene which is your right make sure you never build a deck or do any other work on your property and house without a permit...and EVERYTHING by law requires a permit that nobody ever gets...or make any noise at a party...or have your dog bark...or ANYTHING...

Roofer took over my side yard

Youd would be the neighbor I'd be forced to shoot....hes bitchin about a plant...a plant. While his neighbor is having a massive demo job being done....everything you said to do would make you the worst neighbor on the planet If my neighbor did what your saying to do over a plant I would make...

Roofer took over my side yard

I own a roofing company. I could shed a little light on your situation. Without a picture of your 2 houses I would say with fair certainty that his house is right on your property line. You cant ripe a roof on a property line without some landing on the other property, its just not possible...

    Keg line Co2 line length?

You dont keep them turned down to compensate for short lines. They're just there if you need them. Maybe on a hot summer day when the tower gets warm and usually only on the first pour. I almost never use the flow control and have 4 foot lines and a tower. I use sanke kegs and have a feeling...

    Are Brew-Boss Kettles Decent Options?

Heres a little info on induction I came across. Looking at it maybe induction is not the way to go for 10 gallon batches. Seems like it would take forever to get up to temp and then boiling. Plus you need a 220 line anyway so you might as well just build a controller...

    Keg line Co2 line length?

Perlick. Pretty sure Intertap makes them also. Buy one for starters, then in about 2 seconds you'll find a way to buy the rest after you see the difference

    Are Brew-Boss Kettles Decent Options?

Then have I got good news for you.....Skip all the ports and just get a pot and drill 2 holes in it. One for the element and one for the temp probe from the PID. Beer is simple to make....dont overthink your equipment. Heat water Add grain Not much more to it...doesnt take much equipment...

    Keg line Co2 line length?

Keep the 6 ft lines, get flow control faucets and forget about all the calculators....unless you like fighting your system....You can thank me later when your enjoying your beer instead of complaining about the pour

    Mark II keg washer

Sorry dude but that thing looks like its more trouble than its worth. A simple rinse in the tub or hose will do the same thing. That being said I just rinse with water. Lots of folks will say thats no sterile. I've never had an issue. There is more chlorine in tap water than I care to think...

    Quality Brew Kettle

I've had a 20 gallon Concord for around 6 years. Looks like new. Great heavy pot will last forever. The best bang for your buck. They sell at a few places but I think Ebay has the best prices. I saw they sell a Tri clad if thats what you want

    OxyClean +1

Oxyclean is the ultimate homebrew cleaner/sanitizer Many here will argue that... because they're stuck in their ways. Use it with confidence. It works. Seems like people might finally be coming around to the fact that it works

Where do folks enjoy buying 55lbs grain sacks when you have no LHBS?

I found northern brewer to be the cheapest. $54 free shipping to my door for 2 row. Cheaper than LHBS

Dry yeast does not require rehydration and also does not require aeration

I've tried paint stirrer on a drill and dumping from bucket to bucket to get as much oxygen in as possible. Ive also not aerated at all. Zero difference. I've never rehydrated I've never had dry yeast fail me...not once Waste of time and effort

    Can I convert this Kegerator

Yes. But they come in different sizes. You want a couple slim "sixtels" They're 5 gallons which is what most home brew recipes go by

    Can I convert this Kegerator

Yes,,,unscrew the the tower and replace it with a 2 tap tower with Flow control faucets...the flow control is key. Get sanke kegs while your at it and be done
