I’ve currently got a beautiful honey brown ale in my conical for primary. OG is 1.056 and I’m headed down to a FG of 1.012 I intend to transfer from conical to purged kegs with spunding valves. At what gravity reading would you transfer? 1.020? And then let it finish out?? Thanks!
