This was my old setup, which I am really surprised I never knocked anything over. This where I am now... Not any better, but now its apartment brewing style with foil heat deflectors. =)

Just bottle the AG version tonight. Smelt amazing and I got half a bottle to taste. I have to say this tasted better than any other brew I have done. It's going to be hard to wait 3 weeks to bottle condition.

Exactly what I store my bottles in..!!! I haven't bought any in a while because the University where I'm going to grad school just throws away the ones that there milk is delivered in... Try driving behind supermarkets, etc and see if you notice any sitting next to the dumpsters.

I was thinking the same thing after my first BIAB. Then I was glad that I packed my Mash Tun in storage or I would have never tried BIAB. =)

I asked the LHBS here in New Orleans about buying a "virtual bag" and he just kind of gave me a weird look. In my opinion I think he wants the bag out of his shop after you buy it. Hahaa... He did say he'd mill the grain for free whenever I needed. Now I just need to find good storage.

One of my favorite Black IPAs. I just brewed one of the only clone attempts that I could find. Its being dry hopped in secondary right now and will be bottled this weekend. Guess I'll be brewing this next so I can compare!!!! =)

From what Gingerdawg was asking, yes you can sanitize your mason jars with StarSan. You still need boiled water for the washing part.
