    1 2 3 Rule question.

    Again, thanks for all the help. You guys answered pretty much anything I can think of asking at this point. I'll be brewing today with all my new found information and hope for the best (3 weeks primary with possibly a week in the secondary to add some coffee). Thanks again.

    wheat beer carbing?

    My wheat beer was ok after 2 weeks but by the three week marker, it was perfect. I didn't try opening one as early as a week but for me, 2 weeks at about 65-70 was sufficient, 3 weeks was even better.

    Coffee/Chocolate stout.

    Looking to do a chocolate/coffee stout. The recipe I have says to add chocolate at the last 15 minutes of the boil. It says I can add any type I want but one question I have is that if I use something like a baking chocolate or chocolate chips, will I have worry about the chocolate settling out...
