    I got a brewers best nutbrown in bottles right now, which will be my first brew, i tasted it before bottling and ugggg didn't taste good at all. I'm hoping that the carbonation and letting it sit in bottles for a bit will help with that... looks to be the same color as yours tho, so I'm crossing...

    Concerned about high FG

    Just as an update. Bottled the batch (got 46 bottles) and used 5oz priming sugar w/ 2cups water. Got one case sitting in a cooler and the other in a plastic bag in a 20gal bucket. Wish me luck for no bottle bombs!

    Just wanted to followup on this. Its been 5 days since checking the OG at 1.02 and it is still at 1.02 as of today. I opened today to check and noticed some white stuff on the top of the beer which I have never noticed before when checking the OG. My guess is an infection.... So I'm wondering...
