Awesome to hear about more morning brewers. I almost always brew at 5 am. I can be cleaned up and done and still have the day with the kids. The wife gives me no grief about brewing that way. I think she realizes I must love it if I'll get up at 5 on a weekend!

I've been to Hogans Alley Paintball in Meriden to get my 5 lb tank filled. $20. Not sure how much for 20 lb but the guys there are nice. They even replaced a seal once on my tank for virtually nothing.

Don't have a creamer but the regular Perlick SS faucets are just great. Haven't had a single issue since getting them. Very high quality. Looking at their flow control faucet for Belgians. Anyone tried the flow control?

Thanks for the advice. Did what you said and I measured 110 across the coil and 220 at the input to the contactor, the output and at the outlet with the SSR calling for heat. So all check out. The buzzing scared me so I'd switch it all off quickly before, so I guess I just didn't leave the...
