    I kegged mine. Tasted really good after 2 weeks. As of yesterday the PB flavor has mellowed greatly. IMO it was the best around that 2 to 3 week period.

    The wife wants me to try to make a Franziskaner Hefe. I see NB has a popular Hefe kit and I see Austins has a Franzi kit. Anyone else have a recommendation as to what kit I should try?

    I have not tried it without the cereal. Others have said that with using 2 6.5oz jars of the PB2 that some did not taste enough peanut butter flavoring so that's why I added the Captain Crunch. I can tell you that as time goes by the flavor has mellowed.

    Thanks all, I just opened the lid to take a reading and sure enough it has fallen. My SG was 1.062 and is now reading 1.020 after a week(Peanut Butter Stout). iBrewmaster 2 is telling me I should be at 1.015 FG. I am gonna wait a few more days then off to the carboy to add my PB2(dry peanut butter)
