I've got 4 bone-in butts that have been sitting on the WSM since 1030, taking a hickory smoke bath. Then I threw two racks of baby backs on the Weber performer, and they are also getting hickory since about 11:15 or so. Pics when I get ambition

Not sure I should say this out loud or not, but I managed to get all 3 kids to nap at the exact same time. 4 pork butts and 2 racks of babies getting hit with hickory smoke, fighting a summer cold, figured I'd sneak a beer or 5 while the wife is gone

Heard some in the dying bin we were taking parts off of, the two bins we were taking flashing and flooring off of were surprisingly rat free.

Ok, we have crates of peaches in at our local store, and we are having a crazy idea of trying to make our first kettle sour, and then use the peaches in infuse some more flavor. However, I have no idea how to make a sour, never tried making one, but I love drinking them. Can someone, anyone...

We enjoyed it! Played Clarions golf course, grabbed lunch at fuel, then hit the brewery. Fun little storms came through and cooled it down nicely.
