I have a brown ale that been in the keg for a few weeks. It turned out great. My kegs almost empty and it has had a bitter taste for the last few days. Does anyone have input?
I currently have a batch of brown ale in the fermenter and ready to be kegged. It's still on the the yeast cake. I'm planning to make a big Scottish ale in about a week. Can anyone walk me through the steps to make a yeast starter?
Tried Belhaven wee heavy. It is awesome. I was told that Belhaven Scottish Ale is even better. Trying it soon. If its that good, I have to make some. Does anyone have an all grain recipe for either or opinions on Belhaven.
I think I will try the Irish red. I'm not usually a big fan of IPAs. They usually seem too bitter for me. Thanks for all the input. I do like the oatmeals and brown but I'm not famine with a lot of other styles.

Have had pretty good results with collecting wort one day and boiling the next. Does anyone know if it's better to store the wort room temp or cooler like in the garage ( covered) when the weather is in the lower 60s
