    one more thing ppl, When the fermentation is done, can i rack to a secondary (plastic 7L Bottles)?because im planing to cold break and only this way it fits in my fridge. That means 2.5 bottles 2 days in fridge , then bottleing will the wort go bad in plastic??

    hi guys!!! 1 question. My beer is in my fermenter for 7 days now i used a saftbrew s33 yeast and the first 2 days were crazy,bubling lots of foam and at day 3-4 almost everything fell to the bottom.Now thers only a litle bit of bubles floating.But what i want to ask is is this normal for the...

    Hi guys!!!i gotta question, this is my fermenter after 72h (pils) til now the krausen was huge and the air lock was going crazy .now its just seteling.Am i gonna have a problem with this big air space????
