    slow action in airlock

It’s been two day since I added more yeast to my batch of brown ale (killed the first yeast). But I’m concerned because I haven’t seen too much action in the airlock. I see maybe one big bubble very minute or two. Is this normal? If not what should I do. the temp is 66F

    Adding more yeast?

Well it was my first brew and I took the boiled extract and added it to 4 gallons of tap water. I didn’t let the wort cool and added the yeast right away. Now it’s been 3 days with no action the airlock. Rookie mistake.
