    So i'm looking for something on the lines of Tuckerman's pale ale or long trail. I have a room that for the next month wil have a steady 55 degree temp. Any ideas? Prob will need to an extract as well.

    Yeah I read a bunch. I think it is done. I used US 05. I think i should of used two packets though. I read divide the og by 4 and your done so some where around 1.023 is that. I used around 9 lbs dme and a few pounds of grain.

    Okay so it is a strong IPA, dont have recipe. og was 1.089 and now it is at 1.024 2.5 weeks later. Checked it two days ago and it was just around 1.024. Should i expect it to go down lower? Thanks

    Okay so I brewed some pale ales. My house is cold so I had them in water with a fish heater for three weeks to carb up. My choices are they can stay at 50 in the back room or in the fridge now. Where should they stay?

    Well it is all done. I just used the hops as was listed. I think i'm missing some hops. If i am going to dry hop I plan on just throwing an oz in once the major ferm is done. I have to do it this way now since I didn't throw them in before.

    Nothing on the sheet. I thought it was odd. Any suggestions? I was thinking 1oz Galena 10.1 Alpha at 60, then 1oz Galena 14.1 Alpha at 15 then cascade after ferm???This is only my second beer so I dont know.

    Tuckermans headwall alt clone? german style brown

    I dont know if anyone has tried or made this but they call it a german style brown ale. It tastes like a cross between brown and a stout. I dont like newcastle or other brown ales but this is pretty good. I'm looking for a recipe.

    Well sometimes it's close to an igloo. It is kept around 55 then up to 65 when we are there. How much longer we talking about carbing up? I just tried my first one after a week of carbing and it tasted great.

    Okay so a quick question. Where the beer is now at around 68 degrees in a tub of water with a fish heater. If say it was done fermenting and I let it sit at 50 degrees for a week would that hurt? Also once bottled they also need to be kept around 70? The room is 50 and I didnt want to heat...
