    Whats this?

    I'm gonna take the plunge and try a partial mash. I found a site online that sells PM kits, but am not familiar with this option: Brewvint Alcohol Boost Anyone use this before? Its supposed to boost ABV by 1%. Is it just something that is added to the wort at boil? Thank M

    Awesome...thanks! I didnt know to rack into a different bucket for bottling...:drunk: That certainly makes sense, though. Luckily for me, I left my "spigot" pail empty, so that will work out well!
