I'm temporarily putting 4 of my keezer faucets onto my rolling kegerator for a party. The thread length won't allow me to screw the beer line to the shank all the way. My solution was to add a second rubber washer to take up the space. Is this going to work?

I made a batch going by the original recipe on 4/12/2016. Planning to keg it next week for a party on the 18th. Airlock still burping. Is it going to be ok?

The tube wasn't submerged but it didn't splash much. More of a trickle that fell a few inches. Is that bad? I sanitized the kegs with Starsan through the out tube via CO2, splashed it around and let it sit under pressure until ready to use.
