    Working out %abv

    Have asked before but now done the maths and I'm confused. So I have a wine started with a sg of 1,084 so I minuse the final gravity ( 1,001 )from that witch equals 83 so I multiply that by 131.25 that equals 10,893•75. So would that mean the ABV would be 10•89%abv cheers

    Hi made up a 2 gallon batch of carrot wine ended up adding 5 lb of sugar the gravity reads 1112 do u think I have over done it on the sugar or will it just be rather strong. I haven't pitched the yeast yet any help please

    Hi my brew has been fermenting for around 2 weeks the og was 1062 and it has seemed to stop at 1012 every book I seem to look in states do not bottle unless its 1010 or below any idears. Also how do I work out tha alc in my brew
