Depends on the hop type too. Super hard to get good mosaic from anywhere. Both HA and YVH were straight onions for me. I've had better luck with the HA stuff they source through YCH (their citra and simcoe have been good + all of the cryos they have are amazing).

I agree with dgallo, I LOVE it in WCIPA. The thing is nectaron has a dankness to it that doesn't always fit for NEIPA
